Description of regenerated perlite filter

The perlite filter consists of many flexible tubes made of polymer fibers resistant to high temperature and chemical agents. Pearlite is deposited on each tube to form a layer about 4 mm thick, thus ensuring a filtration accuracy of 1 micron.

When filtering, the pool water enters through the lower part of the filter, and then passes through the pearl rock stratum. Impurities greater than 1 micron are retained on each tube. The filtered water then flows out through the upper part of the filter and returns to the pool.

Unique self-cleaning perlite regeneration filter in the market

When perlite is blocked, the system detects that the differential pressure rises, which automatically triggers the active "regeneration" of perlite to find a clean filtering surface. It is said that the regeneration of perlite is "active" by injecting pressurized air.

After several regenerations, the pearlite needs to be replaced. Just press the button on the control panel, and the filter will start the self-cleaning function. Once the cycle is complete, new perlite must be introduced. This unique manual phase is performed by suction.

Operating instructions for regenerated perlite filter

Automatic perlite regeneration is planned twice a day: once before opening in the morning and once in the evening
Cleaning time ± 10 minutes

The perlite shall be renewed every three weeks or once a month. This frequency varies depending on the quality of the water and the fouling of the pool.
