The heat exchanger is composed of plate bundle, diversion tube box, buffer tube box, hold down plate, clamping bolt, flange cover plate, support and other main components. The plate bundle is the core of heat transfer, and the plate as a heat conducting element determines the thermal performance of the heat exchanger. The header, clamping plate and clamping bolt mainly determine the pressure bearing capacity of the heat exchanger and the safety and reliability of operation.

Operating principle of plate converter

The plate heat exchanger belongs to the inter wall heat exchanger. The structure of the heat exchanger adopts the combination mode of wide and narrow channels, with wide channels for materials and narrow channels for cooling media. At the same time, different channel spacing can be designed and manufactured according to different operating medium parameters. Generally, the fluid channel formed on the wide channel side is called the plate side, and the fluid channel formed on the narrow channel side is called the tube side. When the plate side and tube side pass through two fluids with different temperatures respectively, the fluid with higher temperature transfers heat to the fluid with lower temperature through the heat exchange plate, the fluid with higher temperature is cooled, and the fluid with lower temperature is heated, thus realizing the purpose of two fluid heat exchange processes.
